Planted in plain soil. Watered occasionally. Legally perennial.
You are welcome to walk here daily, answer questions, and watch things grow. Admission is free. Muddy boots are expected. Nothing you grow here can wilt from neglect, which makes this garden superior to every other garden we have owned.
Your garden belongs to you. We keep the seeds (the questions), you keep the harvest (whatever stays in your head). If a fact you learned here wins you a pub quiz, the trophy is legally yours; the smug expression is optional but traditional.
Wrong answers are compost. They break down quietly and feed next season's understanding. No record of them is displayed to anyone, and the worms have signed an NDA.
If you asked for the daily email, it arrives daily, which we acknowledge is exactly the sort of behavior you would expect from it. Unsubscribing works immediately and the garden bears no grudge. Plants are famously forgiving.
The garden is provided as-is, weather included. We do not warrant that knowledge will take root, only that it will be planted properly and watered on schedule. Growth depends on soil conditions inside your own head, which are beyond our jurisdiction.
We are not liable for: sudden confidence at trivia nights; the urge to tell someone about wombats unprompted; feelings experienced when your streak plant blooms. Our total liability shall not exceed one packet of heritage seeds, variety of our choosing.
These terms are governed by the growing season, which is always, and interpreted in the spirit of a good garden: patient, generous, and slightly overgrown at the edges.
